This is a three minute guided breathing exercise that you can do at any time of the day - in the morning, during the day, or even in the evening before going to bed. Part of my own morning routine every day is to do a three to five minute meditation - often one similar to this video, involving conscious breathing. I filmed the video while in Kazakhstan over winter break in December 2022 at a walking path called Terrenkur. It's a beautiful spot in any season, though admittedly, quite chilly in winter!
Breathing exercises are a part of my own routine to help stay well. As I've integrated exercises like this one into my morning routine, I enjoy the feeling of being centered, a little calmer, a little more in touch with my thoughts and self before proceeding with the day.
